Experienced Barista needed for busy cafe in the CBD

Start: ASAP Where: Melbourne, VIC Type: Part time / casual Pay: On application

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced barista who enjoys being part of a fun and enthusiastic team. This person will need to be capable of creating a delicious range of coffees, serving tables and communicating with customers and the team.

Please be aware we cannot offer any VISA sponsorship - Australian residents are prefferred - we wish for long time employees that have 2+yrs experience who can jump straight in and join our team!

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder
Barista

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years experience in a similar position
  • The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
  • Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
  • A willingness to work with the team as well as unsupervised
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
